Basically I want to know does FreeSWITCH/FusionPBX VoIP Platform supports Caller Line Identification Routing? If yes then what is the quality and support for same product and what is the latency and bandwidth and other details?

We are planning to use FreeSWITCH/FusionPBX VoIP Platform for 50-100 users as call center. Please suggest us what will be the instance type for 50-100 users.

I'm not sure what you mean by "Caller Line Identification Routing". FreeSwitch support caller ID nicely. See https://freeswitch.org/confluence/displ ... +Variables.

Regarding instance type, our experience seems to suggest network bandwidth is more likely to be bottleneck than the CPU speed. I would recommend M4 xlarge or C4 xlarge or above.
