CPU utilization is over 98% always

I am getting CPU utilization of 98% always but i have installed or started no any processes except firefox

Can you run top and let us know what are the the commands using CPU?

yes sure , i can see no any applications is using memory more than 3% but still my memory utilization is full. you can see my chached memory is almost 14 gb . .i have attached the snapshot of the top .
