Guacamole RDP Issue

This is in regards to the Netspectrum's Ubuntu Desktop 20.04 LTS (x86_64) box.

Everytime we use guacamole to RDP to the box it will take us to the login page. After successful log in, it immediately disconnects us for the box. Upon reconnecting, we are again at the login page.

Any ideas? Please help.

Are you connecting to the default "ubuntu" user? If so, try to create a new user and connect using the new user login.

Ubuntu user by default is always logged in via VNC channel. Many desktops including Xubuntu don't like the same user logged in at the same time.

For future reference, please let us know if this fixes the problem or not.
