Waiting for my instance to show up

Hi guys, I don't see how long it takes for my instance to be up an running, but I am here to check just in case.

Log into you AWS console and choose EC2 service and "Instances", you will see a list of instances running states. It usually take about 1 to 2 minutes for an instance be running.

Nope... it is been more than 40 minutes and the instance is not there.

It's in stopped state. You will need to click on "Action" button and select "start" to start the instance.
