Windows RDP to Ubuntu install - get "error - problem connecting"

I've purchased and am running the Netspectrum Ubuntu desktop AMI. I used these instructions to set up the instance for RDP https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/k ... m-windows/

Connecting using RDP seems to work for a while, the connection log starts to display good messages but then stops with "error - problem connecting". See the attached image.

How do I resolve this problem?

RDP is not supported.

Please follow the "Usage Instructions" on the product page (https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/B00YB1J51Y), i.e., use browser or VNC client (such as tigthVNC, realVNC)
