AMI performance tunning?

I'm using arm64-18.04lts-210112-210117 AMI on aws and the performance is really slow. In the product description it says that it charges for perf tuning, but it doesn't describe how to go about it.
Could you help me? Who do I contact for improving the performance for this AMI.
